  • Less can food,& no bulged/dented jars
  • Drinking more herb teas
  • Eating only organic foods
  • Living a less stressful life

Some people consider Health to be one of  the following:

  •     Popping more pills (as advertised on TV--even using it as preventive medicine just incase one where to get sick later)
  •     Getting surgery, both cosmetic and other

 

  •  More visits to Doctors, MD's
  •     Or should one believe that Good and Bad Health is totally hereditary, either you have it or you don't, nothing can be done about it. (ex. After a medication doesn't work, you will hear the excuse: "well it's in your genes". Many people are hearing this all to often, yet they still need to pay for all the visits to reach that conclusion ).
