Tessa is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong passion for surgery, orthopedics, and delivering high-quality patient care. At DOCS, she primarily works alongside Spine specialists Dr. Nomoto, Dr. Hill, and Dr. Siddique.
She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biopsychology from The University of California, Santa Barbara. Afterwards, she spent 5 years working in Primary Care, establishing a solid foundation of knowledge in clinic medicine and patient care. She then went on to the Physician Assistant program at West Coast University Center for Graduate Studies in Los Angeles, CA. During her Master’s level training, she gained hands-on experience working alongside Orthopedic surgeons in a variety of subspecialties including spine, sports medicine, and joint/reconstructive surgery. Tessa is passionate about forming strong connections with patients, and helping to improve their mobility and quality of life. She is committed to lifelong learning and is excited to be part of the dynamic, talented team at DOCS and collaborate with the highly skilled surgeons and team around her.
Outside of the office, Tessa enjoys exercising, hanging out with friends and family, and watching football!
